Hello
Does anyone know where I can request internet permission for the a10 network balancers and validate access?

    Lynda - I'm not sure we have enough information to assist. Where are your ADCs installed? On prem, cloud? Have you worked with your internal network team to validate this information?

    To further assist, you can work with your local account team and discuss Professional Services options that will work with you on the deployment of the devices and ensure they are set up and fully utilized as you need.

    Lynda - are you asking about access to the graphical user interface (GUI) on your A10 device?

    Thanks for answering.
    The client has the physical balancers, there is nothing in the cloud. I have the IP addresses of the two balancers, they gave me destination addresses (example a10networks.com) and the services (example http, https, tcp 2222) so they ask me for support with the internet permission request for the balancers

    Lynda,

    It sounds like you are being asked to setup a VIP on the load balancers. The VIP will receive traffic from the internet and then load balance the traffic to multiple backend servers. Please confirm.
