I had to raise a support case in order for it to be sent to me. When I used it, it didn't quite work correctly and I lost some of the configuration. But support may have a newer version.
be aware that if you have any whitespace in names such as "service group" instead of "service-group" That it will no longer be recognized in 4.0.x. This includes names of SSL certificates. You can't even remove SSL certs if they have whitespaces in the names. I had to get support to login to the kernel of the ACOS to delete the SSL from there so that I could recreate it.
