ID1100 password recovery

My company just got in a used A10 Networks ID1100 and it is password protected. I tried the standard username of reset with the password being it's serial number within the first 15 seconds of the login prompt but it just kicks back "Login Incorrect" Do these units have a different password reset procedure?

Any help would be greatful.
