We bought a pair of AX3000's they are in production running great! The problem we have is monitoring them. Aside from basic interface up and down that is all we can see. I was given the Cacti template and it seemed to connect to the box, but the graphs never update. I would like to be able to see individual VIP's and NAT's to see what they are actually doing. Can you point me in the right direction please.

I'm not an expert with Cacti and I'm working from memory, so apologies if I'm asking some obvious questions.
What SNMP values are you pointing at with your Cacti template? Have you compared them to MIB that comes with our documentation (i.e. are the objects you are trying to monitor valid)? If the objects are valid, perhaps there's some error log output you could include.

Got the host template from A10 selected various items to monitor and we couldn't get it to work.
