aGalaxy error SNMPV1V2 Community failure

Hello,

I'm with the following problem, I have 4 AX equipment and popped one aGalaxy server to monitor all the equipment together.

I located the equipment by aGalaxy, I set the password of each device, but am having a error "Community SNMPV1V2 failure".

when access the real servers in the SLB statistic flap aGalaxy he does not collect data either server, but when I access Config tab SLB it shows me the data from the servers. example partition, name and IP servers.

could help me?

    Hi Bruno,

Assuming that your AX/Thunder boxes are all in ACOS 2.4.3(required) or higher, here's my assessment based on the problem described. Please make either changes and let me know the results:

    1. configure "public" as the read community string on device, or
    2. configure in aGalaxy, for each device, the actual snmp read community string

For option #2 go to device list, edit the credentials for that device, then enter whatever the real community string is, then click on "Test" to verify then, save it.

If my recommendations does not fix the issue please provide the aGalaxy version.
