Network port flap

I have 2 A10 thunder device in active passive cluster mode. We have 2 partitioned each node. Today all 4 ports in both the nodes went down and up again, causing services to move from one node to another and back again with massive service outage. What could be the issue

    I would recommend the following:

    1. Open a TAC case with A10 support so they can help troubleshoot the cause of the ports going down.
    2. Review the logs on your ADCs in the GUI or CLI - "show log" for more information.
    3. Review the audit log to see if anyone made a change that caused the outage - "show audit".
    4. Review the logs of the router/switch that provide connectivity to your ADCs for any issues or port flapping.
