502 Bad Request

Hello, I need your help. I have a subdomain which is throwing 502 bad request and is published on the internet, to get out of the problem quickly, I migrated its VIP to the old netscaler balancer and it started working without problems. Could you help me see what is happening? I have taken traffic captures and they do not show any anomalies.

    The HTTP 502 status code is coming from the server that the traffic is being sent to by the A10 Thunder node. If it works the old way, but not the new way, capture what is being sent both times and see what is different. That should at least give you some clues about what to adjust.

    The problem was solved by removing the service group from the Virtual Server, so it takes it for the template. The weird thing is that I have other domains like this and it doesn't give me the error. An A10 ACOS mystery that hasn't happened to me with NetScaler or F5
