Config Virtual Servers ADC

Hi Support team,

We are having an issue about config Virtual Servers. We are running A10 device in One-arm mode. From the A10 device, we can ping to Real Servers and can ping to client host succesfully.

But from host, we can not ping to VIP (192.168.40.33), we just can ping the interface VE's ip address (192.168.40.101).

I also attach the showtech file for further investigate. Hope you help us and reply ASAP.

    Hi Alden,

    A couple of things:

    1. This is a community forum, NOT Support! A10 Support team does not monitor these forums.
    2. You need to call into the A10 TAC to get help with this.
    3. Most people are not willing to look at your "showtech" file, as it would be rather easy to embed viruses and whatnot into it. A10 TAC has several tests/filters for showtech files that they receive -- the rest of us might not ;)
