We have a:
Model = A10 THUNDER TH5430-110

When We tried the follwing configuration:
vlan 1/127
tagged ethernet 1 to 2
router-interface ve 127
We received the follwing message:
"VE number in partition can not be greater than 32."

Are you actually trying to configure more than 32 VEs? if so that is the limit for a private partition (not so on the share partition). If the question refers to the actual ID then all latest versions of code support configuring IDs 2-4094 within the constraint of a max of 32 VEs.

Yes! I tried to configure more than 32 VEs in a private partiotion (I have 4 partitions ).
