T3 protocol

i have a problem the web logic application using the T3 protocol to communicate to the BRM database , on the Weblogic im pointing the VIP of BRM im using TCP protocol but they can't communicate, do you have aflex or recommendation of this matter

    Before we recommend an aFleX script, I suggest that you deploy it with a server priority within the service group( Example: Server 1 (Priority 100) and Server 2 (Priority 99) and apply the feature called "reset-fwd" which send reset to server if error happens and "reset-rev" to send reset to client if error happens. This allows to reconnect of existing sessions otherwise the connection only resets after a timeout. Let me know if this works.
