vcs reload is not working because on the vBlade you can't enter the config mode. In this case you will resync the vBlade with "vcs disable" and "vcs enable" in admin mode.
After that the vBlade is handshaking with the vMaster and resyncing. Please be aware that all ADPs have to bee on vMaster box and the vBlade will be restarted.
