ax 2500 lb

Hey guys,
Im a new user with the ax 2500 lb box.
I have 2 of them in my company, already configured and everything.
lately we needed to kill the power to move them to some other place and from that point one of the boxes became inaccessible, i cant login to it but i can use the strange ssh to login to it, currently i work just with 1 box (no redundancy).
Can you please recommend on what should i do? Thanks!

    Hello Rom,

Can you provide the "strange ssh" login prompt?
What do you get when you connect using the console port / cable?

    Hello Rom,

Go into enable mode and issue a 'show run' command. This will give you the running configuration from which you may be able to tell what is wrong.

Do you know deafult enable mode password?

The default is no password (just hit Enter)

Thanks for the help, i see its on standby mode, i reloaded the box and still cant connect via browser, do you have an idea how i pull it from standby mode?

    Hello Rom,

The fact that the node is in standby shouldn't prevent you accessing its Web GUI. If you have a valid maintenance contract I'd recommend placing a call to the A10 TAC for assistance.

If you can get into the unit through SSH, and you can see the config.
You should be able to see if there are any ACL's blocking traffic to the GUI.
And on what interfaces the management service for the GUI is enable.
You might want to try and enable it on another interface.

Or, wipe the unit and start from scratch.

Still, this is only a forum, you should really get a support contract.
