Console port on AX2600

I can't get the console ports on my AX2600 devices working. The standard Cisco pin-out is not working, so I am wondering if they use a special pin-out or something like that.

    Hi gretchencarlson,

    The standard Cisco pinout console cable should work with A10 AX/Thunder devices. I've quickly tested and confirmed it's working. You may want to open a ticket with A10 TAC.
