A10 1030S - UPGRADE FAILED - Failed to expand the upgrade image

Hello,

I’m trying to upgrade A10 1030S from 2.7.2 to 4.1.4

I’ve tried:

  • ACOS_non_FTA_4_1_4-GR1-P14_42.64.upg
  • ACOS_non_FTA_4_1_4-GR1-P12_57.64.upg
  • ACOS_non_FTA_4_1_4-GR1-P4_47.64.upg

with all files above returns the bellow error “Failed to expand the upgrade image”

Can you check the messages in “show log” for errors? Also, check free disk space with “show disk”.

Looks like plenty of disk. I am not familiar with that TAR error. Could you try downloading the upgrade image again? Also, can you try using the Web GUI to perform the upgrade?
