Admin and Partitions access

Hello,

I’m kind of new to the A10. We have two AX2500 configured with 3 partitions and VRRP.
I’m trying to acess via webgui using the default admin user that is a read write administrator.
But when I try to acess any of the partitions to configure them I get this message: Error Ocurred: Current partition cannot be changed because you do not have access rights.
I find this very odd since this is the default administrator user.

What I was trying to do was to add an additional interface with IP to this partition.

Can anyone help me out?

Hello

Try using the following commands below

AX(config)\#no web-service server
AX(config)\#web-service server

This will bring the AX out of the that state.

You may also want to upgrade to the following code which fixes that issue 2.6.1-GR1-P3.
