Hello Everyone,

I saw root account - Product Discussions / System - A10 Community Forum but if there is need to clear the hard disk on A10 by entering the Linux is TAC the only option ?

First off, you never need to “clear the hard disk” on an A10 system. There are programs that run to recover unused/old logs/etc. disk space as needed.

Second, The underlying Linux of A10 systems is not normally accessible by customers. TAC has ways to do it, but it is very rare that they need to do that. root access is locked down on all form factors.
