Hello, I would like you to guide me a little. I have configured a site with GSLB and regarding the Service IP, when the configuration is finished the IP shows it in unknown state in the GUI, but it does respond to the ping.

What can be happening? Is it missing to add something in the GSLB configuration?

Thank you

Hi ,
This status relates to the health check configured at the Service IP level (Via GSLB protocol, or Native protocol), and of course the status of the services it relates to (VS and/or VSport).
You can always file a support case if your configuration fails:

The A10 Support Portal is available 24/7 to make sure you have the information you need to keep your A10 products up-to-date.Best Regards
