Can you please confirm that you are using a username of "admin" and a password of "a10", making sure all is in lower case?
Thanks
Michael.
thanks for the quick response and yes i tried the same and no luck .
Is there any option to reset the default password ?
Thanks
PShetty
You can reset the password via console access (not SSH)
Login as a username of "reset" and a password of the serial number - however this is the trick - you must know the serial number (fine for phy hardware, but may be a problem for vThunder)
If you do not know the serial number then suggest you start again with a new vThunder and license.
